Trudy Landis, founder of Hand in Hand Resources and Consulting, has served with her church and international development for 25+ years and has decades of experience guiding families and children through transition, trauma, and regular every day challenges. She loves her roles as a Travis County CASA volunteer, a Trust-Based Relational Intervention Facilitator and Educator, Circle of Security© Educator, and as a Neuro-Education and New Born Care Specialist. With degrees in Early Childhood Education and Child Development, she serves families all over the world through consulting and providing resources for their children's unique needs.

Trudy has been married to her sweetheart, Terry, for 35 years, they have two young adult children. In their spare time, they enjoy long walks, travel, reading on porches or in front of fireplaces, and finding spicy new restaurants to "try out" on one another.

The years of living and working in central Texas have afforded Trudy the opportunity to hone an extensive list of like-minded friends, health care professionals, educators, coaches and counselors, all of whom gladly accept referrals from Hand in Hand.

Furthermore

Trudy is a TBRI© Practitioner and Educator. If you are becoming a fostering family, or if you are adding a new family member through adoption, we will help prepare for this transition and the integration of a new brother or sister, son or daughter. We also problem-solve with you and your new young one, forming strategies for successful bonding for you and your child. No matter the age or where he/she has come from, we can help put the research-based, whole-hearted TBRI© practices into place in your home and smooth the way for each child.
